Cesar Agusto Martin Reis, a 28-year-old illegal migrant from Brazil living in Connecticut, was sentenced to federal prison for his role as the ringleader.
Reis pleaded guilty on Friday to conspiring to obtain over 1,000 driver's licenses for ineligible illegal migrant applicants, with more than 600 of those fraudulent credentials successfully issued by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV).
