Former Biden State Dept. Staffer Pleads Guilty In Fraud Scheme

A former State Department budget analyst who served under the Biden administration has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $650,000 from the agency over two years, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., announced.

Levita Almuete Ferrer, 64, admitted to misusing her signature authority over a State Department checking account between March 2022 and April 2024. Ferrer, a Maryland resident, held the position of senior budget analyst in the department’s Office of the Chief of Protocol.

Prosecutors said Ferrer wrote 60 checks to herself and three to an individual with whom she had a personal relationship. She printed and signed each of the 63 checks before depositing them into her personal bank accounts, the outlet noted further. The checks totaled $657,347.50, according to prosecutors.

Ferrer, who also goes by Levita Brezovic, attempted to conceal the embezzlement by using a QuickBooks account. Prosecutors said she entered her name as the payee in QuickBooks, then printed the checks before depositing them.

Bill Barr Wasn’t Just Watching. He Was in the Room.

A whistleblower with Project Veritas says Bill Barr was actively involved in the Fulton County RICO case against President Trump.

From 2021 to 2023 Barr allegedly met multiple times with Fulton County DA Fani Willis, special prosecutor Jack Smith, and political operative Armstrong Williams. These were not friendly chats. They were strategy meetings to coordinate legal attacks on Trump in multiple jurisdictions.

A January 19, 2023 text from Williams confirmed a Barr–Willis meeting. By February 27, 2023, meeting notes show Barr telling Willis to use Georgia’s RICO statute as the best way to tie Trump up in court. The whistleblower says they even discussed the timing of charges and how to make them stick.

That is only part of the story. The same whistleblower accuses Barr of running an illegal visa operation. The claim is that he fast-tracked work visas for foreign nationals through political channels, bypassed oversight, and used his connections to shield the scheme. This was not about helping people. It was about power and profit.

According to a Dem whistleblower who has recently come forward, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) called a staff meeting and told everyone he was going to leak classified intelligence to harm Trump.

One staffer pointed out that what Schiff was doing was illegal (treasonous), while other staffers said not to worry about it because they wouldn't get caught.

Under U.S. law, intentionally leaking classified information often violates the Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. § 793), punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment per count, fines, and forfeiture.

Gov. Gavin Newsom's California cut the water off to ranchers with-out warning

“We just found out we're not going to be able to get any irrigation water, which shuts us down as ranchers”

“We're just kind of looking at just having to go out of business, you know, because that's what we do here is raise cattle. And if we don't have any water, that's going to be taken away from us. We’ll go dry.”
Ranchers in California's Potter Valley are facing the sudden shutdown of their irrigation water supply because of the decommissioning of the Potter Valley Project by PG&E.

Amove attributed to the environmental priorities of Newsom & other Democrat officials that favor fish habitat restoration instead of residents and ranchers in rural california.

Potter Valley ranchers were hit with no warning this week when Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) depleted Lake Pillsbury to critically low levels, effectively cutting off irrigation water without federal approval.

PG&E's recently submitted a plan to dismantle the century-old Potter Valley Project, including the removal of Scott Dam and Cape Horn Dam, which would erase Lake Pillsbury entirely and redirect the Eel River's flow away from diversions that supply the Russian River basin.

This decommissioning, greenlit under Governor Newsom, focuses on salmon restoration over the needs of thousands of residents and agricultural operations.

Ranchers like those in Potter Valley, who depend on the project's tunnels to irrigate pastures for cattle grazing, described the impact as devastating.

Without water, their land turns barren, stripping away their ability to keep operating on farms that have supported families for generations.

The move lines up policies pushed by Newsom and Congressman Jared Huffman, who have championed dam removals to "free" rivers for fish migration, often at the expense of human communities.

The water shortage will impact more than Potter Valley, possibly impacting the water supply for 600,000 people downstream in Mendocino and Sonoma counties, where the Russian River supplies drinking water and agriculture.
