Chicago has finally released footage

After a FOIA request by CWB Chicago — showing the horrific, unprovoked attack on Kathleen Miles by repeat offender William Livingston.

The video shows Livingston walk up behind Miles, sucker-punch her in the head, and knock her out cold — sending her face-first onto the pavement.

Miles suffered multiple fractures and a concussion. She now struggles with basic daily tasks.

Here’s the kicker — this same thug was charged with assaulting four women in 2022, faced almost no punishment, and was dumped right back on the streets.

This is what happens when Democrat cities protect criminals and forget victims.
