Illegal migrant deported by Trump twice, but allowed sanctuary privileges under Biden, raped a woman on a jog and a child in Texas

Ludvi Omar Carias-Interiano, a 34-year-old illegal migrant from Guatemala was harbored by Connecticut.
Carias-Interiano was arrested in West Haven, Connecticut, and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

He allegedly walked up to a woman jogging in Fort Hale Park, New Haven, threatened her with a box cutter, forced her into nearby woods, and sexually assaulted her.

He is being held on a $750,000 bond.
DNA from the Connecticut sexual assault kit matched evidence from a December 26, 2016, sexual assault of a child in Plano, Texas.
