Major Medicare Fraud in Ohio

Major Medicare Fraud in Ohio in home health scams by Somali migrants including $250 million stolen in 6 years by one landlord operating 288 companies in 7 dilapidated buildings

The New Jersey landlord billed Medicaid over $250 million from 2018 to 2024 for so-called “personal services” like making beds and chatting with family members while the offices sat empty with stray cats in the parking lots and “on break” signs on the doors.

The two month investigation by Luke Rosiak (backed by DOGE data) revealed:
Massive complexes owned by Cordoba Real Estate are where the fraudulent businesses operate.

The buildings look abandoned with open front doors, chirping smoke detectors, piles of unopened mail, and no signs of real business activity. But the government keeps giving them money.

One landlord alone owns all seven buildings with 288 Medicaid-registered firms that billed more than $250 million to Medicaid plus another $23 million from Ohio taxpayers in some cases.

Most of the company owners and operators have foreign names that appear Somali, M*slim or Indian:

One of the deadliest fires in California history, can now be added to the growing list of violence fueled by the radical left

Prosecutors say Jonathan Rinderknecht, a 30-year-old former Uber driver, deliberately set the initial fire on New Year’s Day 2025 in the Pacific Palisades.

The fire exploded, scorching over 23,000 acres, destroying more than 6,800 structures, and killing at least 12 people.

Court documents show Rinderknecht set the fire after becoming fixated on Luigi Mangione, the accused killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Right before he set the fire he complained about being “pissed off at the world,” capitalism, vigilantism, and Mangione, whom he reportedly viewed as a Robin Hood-style hero fighting against the elite.

His search history included phrases like “free Luigi Mangione,” “let’s take down all the billionaires,” and “let’s kill all the billionaires.”

In Chicago, a Walgreens store plagued by repeated shoplifting installed anti-theft locks and secured merchandise

Locals immediately branded the security measures “racist.” Criminals found new ways to steal forcing the store to permanently close its doors.

Now the neighborhood is out protesting the shutdown, and local politicians are calling for the business to face charges.

Judge Zia Faruqui has just apologized to the man who tried killing President Donald Trump in court, Cole Allen

Judge Zia Faruqui has just APOLOGIZED to the man who tried killing President Donald Trump in court, Cole Allen

"The judge is concerned about the treatment he's gotten."

Judge Zia Faruqui apologized to suspect Cole Allen for the treatment he's received so far while he has been behind bars and put on suicide watch by the Department of Corrections. And the judge was asking why... An attorney from the government said that..."

"He was put on suicide watch because he told FBI agents that night of the White House Correspondents' Dinner attack that he didn't expect to survive, and his language suggested that he really was not expecting to survive his trip to Washington, D.C., and the ultimate incident where he allegedly showed up with a weapon to try and assassinate President Trump."

"He's been charged with that crime. But the judge is very concerned about his constitutional rights, saying the defendant has requested a Bible, has requested meetings with his legal team"...
...and that is not the only way — no windows and a padded room without an opportunity to get out for recreation. So the judge making it clear that he wants answers by tomorrow morning about exactly what the housing determination will be made in this case..."
...out of grave concern about his constitutional rights. And that apology issued near the end of the hearing was quite a moment just moments ago in federal court.
