Gov. Gavin Newsom's California cut the water off to ranchers with-out warning

“We just found out we're not going to be able to get any irrigation water, which shuts us down as ranchers”

“We're just kind of looking at just having to go out of business, you know, because that's what we do here is raise cattle. And if we don't have any water, that's going to be taken away from us. We’ll go dry.”
Ranchers in California's Potter Valley are facing the sudden shutdown of their irrigation water supply because of the decommissioning of the Potter Valley Project by PG&E.

Amove attributed to the environmental priorities of Newsom & other Democrat officials that favor fish habitat restoration instead of residents and ranchers in rural california.

Potter Valley ranchers were hit with no warning this week when Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) depleted Lake Pillsbury to critically low levels, effectively cutting off irrigation water without federal approval.

PG&E's recently submitted a plan to dismantle the century-old Potter Valley Project, including the removal of Scott Dam and Cape Horn Dam, which would erase Lake Pillsbury entirely and redirect the Eel River's flow away from diversions that supply the Russian River basin.

This decommissioning, greenlit under Governor Newsom, focuses on salmon restoration over the needs of thousands of residents and agricultural operations.

Ranchers like those in Potter Valley, who depend on the project's tunnels to irrigate pastures for cattle grazing, described the impact as devastating.

Without water, their land turns barren, stripping away their ability to keep operating on farms that have supported families for generations.

The move lines up policies pushed by Newsom and Congressman Jared Huffman, who have championed dam removals to "free" rivers for fish migration, often at the expense of human communities.

The water shortage will impact more than Potter Valley, possibly impacting the water supply for 600,000 people downstream in Mendocino and Sonoma counties, where the Russian River supplies drinking water and agriculture.

COVID SCAM BUSTED: Former Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do must repay the government over $878K

A federal judge in Santa Ana has ordered former Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do to repay $878,230.80 following his conviction in a bribery scheme. Do, sentenced in June to five years in federal prison, must pay $250,000 within 30 days and then $1,000 monthly after his release.

Prosecutors say that between 2021 and 2023, Do used his position to steer more than $10 million in county contracts and grants—largely federal COVID-19 relief funds—to the Viet America Society, a nonprofit accused of failing to provide contracted services like meals for elderly and disabled residents. In exchange, Do and his family allegedly received more than half a million dollars in bribes.

Investigators say the nonprofit spent only about 15% of the funds on actual services, diverting the rest toward property purchases, personal payments, and affiliated companies. The scheme also involved Do’s daughter, Rhiannon Do, who prosecutors claim was paid $224,000 despite having little relevant experience, with some funds used toward a $1 million home in Tustin.

Do’s attorneys argued he should pay no more than $802,692, factoring in work they say his daughter performed, but prosecutors disputed that, calling her role “a front” to funnel bribe payments.
County Supervisor Janet Nguyen criticized the ruling but said efforts are underway to recover an additional $5 million from seized assets connected to the scheme.

Democrats charged with election fraud in Connecticut - the investigations now heading toward criminal referrals

Four campaign workers were arrested and charged with election-related offenses stemming from allegations of absentee ballot fraud during the 2023 Democratic mayoral primary in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

The suspects Silvia Ramos, Elsie Mercado, Robert Anderson, and Maria Hernandez—are accused of illegally collecting absentee ballots, misrepresenting eligibility requirements for absentee voting, and in some cases, failing to properly sign as assisters on ballot applications.

Three of them (Ramos, Mercado, and Anderson) were affiliated with incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim's campaign, while Hernandez supported his rival, John Gomes.

This brings the total number of arrests in the ongoing investigation to nine, highlighting issues with election integrity in Bridgeport, a city with a history of voting scandals.

The 2023 primary, which Ganim initially won by 251 votes, was overturned by a judge after video evidence emerged showing operatives stuffing ballot drop boxes, leading to multiple redo elections where Ganim ultimately prevailed.

Connecticut law strictly regulates absentee voting: Only the voter, immediate family members, or designated caregivers can handle ballots, and misrepresenting eligibility or harvesting ballots (collecting them from others) is prohibited.

The investigation, led by the Chief State's Attorney's Office, has expanded from initial complaints to the State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) and now includes criminal prosecutions.

All four defendants turned themselves in at a state police barracks, were released on promises to appear, and are scheduled for court on August 12,

There's been a Tuberculosis break out in cows after Bill Gates Vaccine Trial - leading to the killing of tens of thousands of cows, farmers say

The UK Bovine vaccine trials, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation - have 3 phases, including 2 phases that target TB-free herds.

Phase 2 (early 2025), used the vaccine Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)—commonly known as CattleBCG in the trials.
It was given to small groups of cattle in low-risk areas of England and Wales, involving at least five farms and 600 animals vaccinated in phase 2 alone. (Phase 1 was a skin test)

After the vaccine was administered to the animals - farmers came forward saying that cattle in their herds started testing positive for Bovine TB -- and they are now having to slaughter their cows.
By March 2025 - a total of about 35,000 cattle were slaughtered because of bovine TB across Great Britain

Like Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm, where the farm is now on lockdown after positive tests from one of his pregnant cows - so the cow, along with her unborn twins, were killed.
Clarkson described the situation as "absolutely dreadful," saying the farm can't buy or sell cows for two months.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation provided $51 million over time to the Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines (GALVmed) for animal health product development, including vaccines for diseases like bTB in developing countries.

And he's moving on to humans.... In 2024, Gates Medical Research Institute initiated Phase 3 trials for the human TB vaccine, giving $400 million for the research with Wellcome at $150 million
As for Bovine TB - it is a chronic respiratory disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium bovis.

The disease can be catastrophic for farmers, and forces the killing of infected cattle.
Due to a bTB incident in England between October 2021 and September 2022, 22,934 cows were killed.

California School Board resigns after audit shows $180 Million in taxpayer fraud

The scheme included Fake students, six figure jobs for friends and family members, & luxury travel all billed to the taxpayer.

The program was set up to 'help refugees' in Sacramento - but now Highlands Community Charter School and prominent community leader Jay King, president of the California Black Chamber of Commerce, are under fire after a state audit exposed widespread fraud.

The board, including members Ernie Daniels, Matt Powers, Rick Jones, Sharon Rocco, Mike Reid, Mary DeChance, and Sonja Cameron (who was voted out), stepped down after the California Department of
Education demanded repayment of the misallocated funds.

The state audit detailed how Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools, which was set up to help Afghan and Ukranian migrants and 'refugees' learn how to read - except there weren't any students,

There weren't any results, and the entire set up was a scheme that was being used to to funnel money from taxpayers through a so-called charter school into private pockets.

The school raked in over $180 million.

The school put unqualified staff on the payroll—including relatives of board members for high-paying roles—and spent the money on luxury items like conferences in Maui and San Diego, branded gifts, and a $33,000 monthly lease on an unused baseball stadium.

Authorities have not announced criminal investigations, but public pressure continues to mount for accountability and repayment of stolen funds.
