Pakistani national arrested and charged in alleged 38 million dollar Medicaid fraud

Pervez Siddiqui, a Pakistani national and president of an adult day care center in New York City, has been arrested and charged in an alleged 38 million dollar Medicaid fraud scheme.

Siddiqui and seven co-conspirators are accused of faking patient sign-ups to fraudulently bill Medicaid and pocket kickbacks.

Siddiqui was reportedly prominent in Democrat circles.
