An alleged multi-decade plot to import Somali refugees as a loyal voting bloc is back in the spotlight as investigations ramp up investigations over a fraudulent voting registration scheme and DNI Kristi Noem's recent revelations detailing how 50% of the Somalians in Minnesota committed immigration Fraud.

These communities engaged in rapid naturalization and welfare access leading to massive billion dollar fraud in Medicaid, welfare systems and now voting registrations.
