On October 8, 2025, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal, a sovereign judicial body officially recognized by the Canadian government in December 2024, issued a historic Order declaring mRNA nanoparticle injections (commonly referred to as COVID-19 vaccines) as biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
This is the first international ruling of its kind, effective immediately worldwide.
The Tribunal's declaration, supported by rigorous scientific evidence (including the Zywiec et al. study in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons) and legal frameworks such as the U.S. Biological
Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act (18 USC § 175), Florida Statute § 790.166, Canada’s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act (2004), and the International Biological Weapons Convention, asserts that these injections meet the criteria for weapons of mass destruction.
The ruling cites violations of international ethical standards, including the Nuremberg Code and the Helsinki Declaration.
Key points from the Order:
• The mRNA injections are classified as biological weapons, prompting calls for immediate cessation of their distribution and use.
• The mRNA injections are classified as biological weapons, prompting calls for immediate cessation of their distribution and use.
• The Tribunal’s authority is bolstered by its recognition as a sovereign entity by Canada’s Ministry of Crown–Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs, establishing its legitimacy on a nation-to-nation basis.
• This ruling aligns with legislative efforts like Minnesota’s HF3219, which seeks to ban these injections as weapons of mass destruction.
