Hundreds of official election ballots were found in an Amazon package in Maine

The incident involved 250 ballots surfacing in a routine Amazon delivery, intensifying demands for voting reforms in the democrat state ahead of the November 4 election.

According to reports the Newburgh resident unpacked her order – which included everyday items like rice and paper plates – around mid-morning.

That's when she found the 250 ballots in a package bundled up.
She called authorities, who picked up the ballots by early afternoon.
Critics say this is an example of one of the pitfalls of mail-in-ballots.
