A massive explosion in Louisville has reportedly left multiple people injured, with some missing and trapped, according to early reports.
Emergency services have issued a shelter-in-place order for a one-mile radius around 1901 Payne St. due to a hazardous materials incident.

FOOD PLANT EXPLOSION ROCKS LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
An explosion at Givaudan Sense Colour, a food coloring plant in Louisville, Kentucky, shook the area Tuesday afternoon, causing part of the building to collapse.
The blast, occurring just before 3 p.m., left people potentially trapped inside.
Rescue teams are searching for missing individuals, with at least two people hospitalized.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is responding to this “critical incident,” according to fire officials.
Nearby cars and windows sustained damage from the blast.
